The Open Alliance for PostgreSQL Education (OAPE) is proud to announce the first public OAPE PostgreSQL DBA-1 certification exam.
The OAPE PostgreSQL DBA-1 certification validates foundational knowledge of PostgreSQL database administration against an open, vendor-neutral, and community-driven standard.
It is designed for database administrators, engineers, consultants, and professionals who want to demonstrate their understanding of core PostgreSQL administration concepts.
The first certification exam will take place during the Community Events Day at PGConf.EU 2026 in Valencia.
Date: 23 October 2026 (2 slots are available to choose from in the registration form: 9am and 1:30pm CET)
